Causes Of Delay
Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:
1. Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.)
2. Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
3. Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, remote areas, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
